Be sure to include any products or services that might be of immediate interest to a new homeowner. List your hours of operation, website and email information, convenient parking or anything else that differentiates you from your competition.
3) Give an incentive to choose your business — Promoting your business by offering incentives can boost your business immediately. This may be in the form of offering a free gift, discount coupon or introductory price for a limited time when they purchase something from your business. Remember that new customers are worth a lot of revenue for many years in a community. that they can take advantage of or receive by visting and or using your business.
When coming up with ideas for an offer, remember that the objective is to get the new homeowner to visit or purchase from your business. The higher the value of the offer, the greater the incentive typically. Sometiems a very creative offer that is based on something that may be of value to new homeowners will also be received well.
